A project for a local developer client this house on the north side of Clapham Common underwent an epic transformation.
By adding a half-footprint basement, side return extension, rear addition extension and loft conversion over 1000 sq feet was added.
A ‘back to bricks’ renovation, barring some original features, everything was renewed.
The large kitchen, dining/living area with exposed steels, backs onto the landscaped rear garden making this the ideal family home.
The Kitchen and bespoke joinery were provided by Dreamy Interiors Co.
